Last week's menu was a success, we stayed on schedule and everything was tasty. I have a strawman menu for the month based on what I'm trying to use up from our freezer. I'll update how this is working for us at the end of the month.
This week we're having a lot of chicken, as it was on sale last week and we stocked up. I also made a big batch of our spaghetti casserole and froze some to have on hand. I'll post a link to the spaghetti casserole later today, it is one of the all time favorite recipes in our house, one that my mom has made for as long as I can remember.
Breakfast: oatmeal and fruit, as usual!
Lunch: green salad and rice with vegetables
Dinners:
Monday: chicken and rice over mashed potatoes
Tuesday: spaghetti casserole with garlic bread
Wednesday: creamy chicken and rice
Thursday: leftovers
Friday: addictive sweet potato burritos

I'll be looking for that spaghetti casserole recipe! Sounds very organized. i try to menu plan, but my husband has Crohn's Disease and makes it a bit difficult.
I am going to have to try those sweet potato burritos. Sounds interesting!
I'm guessing that you've had the sweet potato burritoes since you called them "addictive"? I've actually had that recipe bookmarked from Allrecipes for ages but have never tried it. I may have to now!
