Aah, the March weather

We've had just enough warm weather to lure us into a comfortable pattern of being outside most evenings, and just like that the weather turned nasty overnight. Isn't March supposed to start and end in opposite ways? I don't recall the "in like a lion, out like a lion" saying. *sigh*

Luckily on this cold, windy, rainy Sunday we had several fun distractions to whip out each time we heard, "I wanna go outside? Outside and play?" I'm working on a list of things to set aside for the next cold and rainy day - hopefully by then they will feel like new again.

Before this post starts to sound too gloomy, let's get to the gratitude!

*weekend naps, short but oh so refreshing*

*trying a recipe and having it turn out wonderfully*

*family kickball games in the morning dew*

*an hour spent playing and exploring in the children's section of a book store*

*getting a pass on dish duty two days in a row*

What are you grateful for this week?

Maybe the warm weather will return soon!

I am thankful for good friends who know how to open locked car doors, especially when your keys are on the INSIDE!

Blessings!!

Sweet post! I'm thankful for sunshine through my windows and a son who is trying to master how to skip. It's adorable and he's skipping everywhere he goes rather than walk.

I could definitely use that list of things to do on the next rainy day!
